The AF-2620/AF-2625 has both the Timer and Counter functions built into one unit. By changing jumper pin the device can change from timer to counter, from up to down count, it can adjust what happens at the end of a cycle and more. Presets can be set with dip switches to count or time up to or down from with a relay output at the end of the cycle. It is available as the counter/timer ready to wire  plug and play options with switch boxes and power cord already installed to plug in and operate the moment you open the box.

UP COUNTER: 

Simple counter for batch, piece, box or scrap. Simply activate momentary input to increment count up by one. Momentary input to RESET count to zero. Can set a preset value with dip switches to provide output when the count reaches the preset value.

UP TIMER: 

Simple timer supports MM:SS or HH:MM format. Simply apply maintained output to the CNT/RUN input for the duration of time up. Remove input to pause or hold timer value. Momentary input to RESET the time to zero.

DOWN COUNTER: 

Simple counter for batch, piece, box or scrap. Set Preset value with dip switches. Provide momentary input to RESET count to Preset value. Simply activate momentary input the CNT/RUN input to increment count down by one. Relay output triggers when count is at zero.

DOWN TIMER: 

Simple timer supports MM:SS or HH:MM format. Set Preset value with dip switches. Simply apply maintained output to the CNT/RUN input for the duration of time down. Remove to pause or hold timer value. Momentary input to RESET input to Preset value. Choose the correct model to have Timer show Overage, Hold on Zero or Rest on Zero.

LED PRODUCTION COUNTERS are commonly used to show factory personnel real-time production counts. This helps operators maintain company goals to produce units and pace the production process.

Applications

LED PRODUCTION COUNTERS OR LED COUNTERS are used to display overall throughput counting or output counts. These increments by one every pulse received to the count input.

LED BATCH COUNTS are used to display batch production output numbers. These are typically used for count down from fixed preset batch goals or count up to desired batch count to aid operators to prevent overrun.

LED CYCLE COUNTS or LED STROKE COUNTS can be simple up counters to show operator how many cycles or parts are completed.

LED REJECT COUNTERS are used to show operator bad counts to track for overall waste monitoring and recording.
