Timers with Controls Switches - Plug & Play

Signaworks Production Timers with Control Switches is a complete solution with a 4 digit, 2.3" LED timer with switches and sensors hard wired to the counters as described below with power cords already included. This is a plug and play solution. Simply mount the timer, control box and sensor, plug in the 3 prong, 120 VAC power cord, and it is ready to operate.

TIME UP - RUN/HOLD & RESET SWITCHES

The Production Timer connected via 10' cable to a control box with extended Run/Hold selector switch for starting and stopping the timer and a flush push button for resetting the timer back to zero. The timer can be set at a preset value using the internal dip switches to provide an output when the time reaches the preset value. The manufacturing timers can be used for downtime, cycle time, changeover timer, etc. Description of each model is shown below.

TIME DOWN HOLD ON ZERO - RUN/HOLD & RESET SWITCHES

The Production Timer connected via 10' cable to a control box with extended Run/Hold selector switch for starting and stopping the timer and a flush push button for resetting the timer back to Preset time. The timer can be set at a preset value using the internal dip switches. The timer will time down from the Preset value to Zero and hold with a relay output. When the Reset switch is pressed, the timer will go back to the preset value and time down again when the timer is in the Run mode.

TIME DOWN w/ OVERAGE - RUN/HOLD & RESET SWITCHES

The Production Timer connected via 10' cable to a control box with extended Run/Hold selector switch for starting and stopping the timer and a flush push button for resetting the timer back to Preset time. The timer can be set at a preset value using the internal dip switches. The timer will time down from the Preset value to Zero with a momentary relay output for 1 second, then start timing up from zero to show the "overage" time. When the Reset switch is pressed, the timer will go back to the preset value and time down again when the timer is in the Run mode.
