Signaworks & American LED-gible Production Counters with Control Switches is a complete solution with a 4 digit, 2.3" The  LED counter with switches or sensors hard wired to the counters as described below with power cords already included. This is a plug and play solution. Simply mount the timer, control box and sensor, plug in the 3 prong, 120 VAC power cord, and it is ready to operate. Description of each model is shown below.

COUNT UP - COUNT & RESET SWITCHES 

Simple counter for batch, piece, box or scrap. Counter is connected via 10' cable to a control box with extended green push button for count up and a flush push button for resetting the count back to zero. The counter can be set at a preset value using the internal dip switches to provide an output when the count reaches the preset value.

COUNT UP - DIFFUSE PHOTO SENSOR & RESET SWITCHES

Simple counter for batch, piece, box or scrap. Counter is connected via 10' cable to a control box with diffuse photo sensor for counting up when an object is in from of the sensor and a flush push button for resetting the count back to zero. The counter can be set at a preset value using the internal dip switches to provide an output when the count reaches the preset value. A good use for this application is when parts are counted on a conveyor. 

COUNT DOWN HOLD ON ZERO _ COUNT & RESET SWITCHES

Simple counter for batch, piece, box or scrap. Counter is connected via 10' cable to a control box with extended green push button for count down and a flush push button for resetting the count back to preset value. The preset value is set with internal dip switches. The momentary RESET switch will reset the count back to the Preset value. Simply activate momentary input the CNT/RUN input to increment count down by one. A relay output triggers when count is at zero.

Simple counter for batch, piece, box or scrap. Counter is connected via 10' cable to a control box with a diffuse photo sensor for count down and a flush push button for resetting the count back to preset value. The preset value is set with internal dip switches. The momentary RESET switch will reset the count back to the Preset value. The photo sensor is used to increment the count down by one each time an object is in front of it. A relay output triggers when count is at zero. A good use for this application is when parts are counted on a conveyor.
